Lisa McCallum has a proven track record with the Métis Nation!

Lisa McCallum is humbly asking for your support and your vote for the position of President within the Métis Nation – Saskatchewan.
Lisa has been involved with the Métis Nation – Saskatchewan in a variety of roles throughout the majority of her career. She has travelled the province in a variety of capacities including to assist in the 1993 referendum and the Métis Nation’s declaration of self-government through the development and adoption of its Constitution.
She took a brief break from her work with the MN-S in order to spend time developing her family’s business and raise her, then, young sons.
Lisa’s family asked her to return to the MN-S in 2017 and she decided, with her family’s support, to run for Provincial Secretary. The citizens elected Lisa as Provincial Secretary both in 2017 and again in 2021. She has worked tirelessly to keep the government working in the best interests of its citizens and to continue to promote and highlight local governance as a necessary and non negotiable priority.
However, it is at this point in Lisa’s journey with the MN-S that she realizes the need to step into the role of president and bring accountability, proper governance, and a passion for Métis rights and interests into the forefront once again.
It’s time to elevate citizens’ voices at every level of government!
As you head to the polls to vote, remember that a vote for Lisa as President is a vote to build a strong Métis Nation for generations to come!
